At Al Aroos, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner across Pakistan.

Shipping Coverage

We currently offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after confirmation.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Unstitched Articles: 3–5 working days

Stitched / Custom Orders: 7–12 working days

Please note that stitched orders are made on demand according to your selected size and requirements, therefore they require additional time.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee may apply to all orders.

We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (5000).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service all over Pakistan.

Advance Payment (Stitched Orders)

All stitched/custom orders require a 20% advance payment to confirm the order.

Orders will not be processed until the advance payment is received.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Public holidays

Weather conditions

Courier service issues

High order volume during sales

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Al Aroos will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact information.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once a stitched/custom order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
