All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without notice.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and may offer other payment methods.

For stitched/custom orders, a 20% advance payment may be required before processing.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Stitched/custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product type:

- Unstitched: 3–5 working days

- Stitched: 7–12 working days

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or high order volume.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

We do not accept returns on stitched/custom items unless there is a defect.

8. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material is provided for general information only.
